Schindler Group

Schindler Group is a manufacturer of escalators and elevators founded in Switzerland in 1874.

The logo undergone several changes during the years. The first one (1910) shows a circle with a compass at the bottom. The circle symbolize perfection whereas the compass stands for precision and the art of engineering. Inside the compass is the year the company was founded: 1874. Further logos had minor changes. The 1985 logo was radically redesigned and modernized including red stripes as the dominant motif. The last one (2006) had a 3D touch and it's a combination of the early ones.

Lacoste

Lacoste it's a French apparel company specialized in clothing, leather products, perfumes, watches and especially tennis t-shirts. Founded in 1933 in France, it holds its name from the company co-founder René Lacoste, a well known tennis player. 

The Lacoste famous green crocodile logo originates from a true strory. René Lacoste was nicknamed "crocodile" by American press due to a bet with the Captain of French Cup Davis team. The Captain had promised to buy René crocodile skin suitcase if he wins a very important team match. Afterwards André Gillier (the other co-founder) illustrated a red, green and white colored crocodile emblem which was later embroidered on René’s shirts and blazers that he wore in all of his appearances.

Symantec Corporation

Symantec is an American computer software company that provide security, storage and systems management solution. In 2010 Symantec signed a definitive agreement to acquire Verisign’s authentication business unit and changed the logo according to the new acquisition.

Hilton Hotels & Resorts

Founded in 1919 by American hotelier Conrad Hilton, Hilton Hotels & Resorts is a leading global chain of 540 full service hotels and resorts in 78 different countries owned by Hilton Worldwide. It is widely regarded as one of the world’s largest hotel organizations.

Visa Inc.

Visa Inc. is an American multinational financial services corporation headquartered in Foster City, California, United States. It facilitates electronic funds transfers throughout the world, most commonly through Visa-branded credit cards and debit cards.

The main colours of the brand, gold and blue, represent the blue sky and golden-coloured hills of California, where the legacy Bank of America was founded. The shape of letter "V" illustrates the extensive range of electronic payment products offered by the company.

The company slogan is "Verified by VISA"

Mozilla Firefox

It's a free and open-source browser developed by Mozilla Foundation. Its initial release date was 23 september 2002 and actual version is 28.0.

The logo shows a stylized fox around a blue globe, although "firefox" is usually a common name for the red panda. It suffered minor changes over the years.
